As the aircraft registrant and/or authorized representative of the aircraft registrant, I hereby authorize ALOFT CHARTER LLC, along with its agents and employees, to carry out and complete all specified repairs herein. This includes the provision of all necessary parts, materials, and supplies essential to facilitate the process and completion of said repairs. ALOFT CHARTER LLC, along with its agents and employees, is authorized to operate said aircraft for testing and inspection purposes. I acknowledge and accept that all costs associated with labor, parts, materials, supplies, and services are due upon receipt of invoice.
